Do WWE Shoot Interview VCDs play better on A Multi Region Player or a DVD Player That Accepts VCDs?

I have the WWE Shoot Interview w/ Tammy Lynn Sytch VCD & a couple of others. I want to know if it is better to play these on a multi region DVD player or a USA DVD player that accepts VCDs. Can anyone help?

Pretty much any cheapo supermarket £20 DVD player will play VCD's. Upscaling may help a bit but on a TV that size, the picture from a VCD is gonna pretty horrible regardless what you do as the resolution of a VCD is so poor to start with. digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p..., your best bet might be to just use DVD players.

Most of them play VCD format right out of the box. A quick search at dvdhelp.com will tell you what models support VCD format. http://www.retrothing.com/2006/03/sony_vcd_video_.htmlAll the advice on the internet say they will play as well as they can on just about any DVD player.

However, if you are looking to buy one or the other, I think today's world really requires the region free player. So many items are region based that a region free player gives you so much more flexibility. I watch a lot of foreign films and often I can only find ones that are not compatible with an encoded player.

Sometimes it is a title that may never see the light of day in my region. Now, I don't worry. Best wishes,Librarian50 Sources: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p=25380596 .

It shouldn't matter It shouldn't matter, as long as they accept VCDs. I do not believe VCDs have region coding available, but if they do, obviously make sure the region is "region 1" or otherwise compatible with your USA player, or your only option will be the multiregion player. What matters actually is the quality of the video output by the player, which is generally better in the region specific ones, but not necessarily always true.To sum it up: play it in whatever LOOKS better on the screen.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
