Just delete the first account, then download google voice on to the new account. It's quite easy. You can also go into add or remove programms and just remove google voice from the first account.

You may not be able to keep the number for the acct you'd like linked. You may want to contact Google Customer Service and inquire about it, that would be the most effective way to resolve it. Being that the number is already assigned, it would require some sort of accessibility resolution.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
