Do you believe that Spain has the talent to beat Brazil in the FIFA World Cup for 2010?

Spain has assembled the best team of its history with in that they have achieved Europa's championship 2008. The Spain football team possesses a skill and a good practice or manners to do that they make it a very competitive team. Its style of possession of the ball and continuous offensive make it a very dangerous rival.

Xavi Hernandez, perhaps the best football play organizer of the world and David Villa, the best spanish golman, are its principal figures. For its part and in spite of having obtained the title in Tha Confederations Cup of Sudafrica and of course of Kaka, the best brazilian player, Brazil, this year, does not present the better version, as what Spain has big possibilities of conquering Brazil in the World Cup. I believe that Spain has the talent to beat Brazil on the upcoming World Cup. Now being Brazilian raised, my blood cells are routing for Brazil all the way of course:).

I don't think that Spain can't beat Brazil. Because Brazil is a team in progress and I don't think that Spain can follow up on their good European Championship.

Spain are the current European champions and ranked as #2 in the Fifa world rankings... so its clear that they are going to a force to be reckoned with when it comes to the world cup finals... Certainly any team that can provide chances for Fernando Torres is always one that should be feared.

and Spain have just the players to do it, with the clinical passing of Xavi Alonso, the creativity of Cesc Fàbregas and David Silva. My only real concerns is that due to the European championship, confederations cup, world cup qualifiers and long domestic seasons that there is a danger that the Spanish players may burn out, or be sat nursing injuries by the time they have to take on Brazil.... And I really hope that the draw means the teams will meet... as it is going to be a showcase of world class football...

No I do not believe Spain have the talent to beat Brazil in Fifa World Cup 2010. Football is more than just talent and you need way more than that to beat the mighty Brazilians. You can ask Argentina and Diego Maradonna what happened to them at Rosario Central on September the 5th 2009( please read the report on this link soccernet.espn.go.com/report?id=230068&c...).

If it was just about talent Argentina would have beaten Brazil on that day. Having the likes of Lionel Messi,Javier Mascherano,Carlos Tevez,Maxi Rodríguez,Alberto Diego Milito,Agüero Sergio,Javier Zanetti,Fernando Gago etc we can see that Argentina is even a deeper sqaud than Spain and at the present moment Argetina is currently 5th in the South American qualifying zone. The question one must ask them selves is why Argentina is 5th and why is it that since World Cup has came into being why is it Spain have never won a final.To win a World Cup talent is not the only thing which a team need.

You have to look at the game from a more technical and tactical aspect. One of the most important aspect of the game that a team needs above all is a high level of proper coaching, a qualified and experienced coach is definitely needed. For the past three world cups Argentina fail to reach the final due to poor coaching and this was displayed in the last world cup in 2006 and especially in the one in 2002.

Even now because of poor coaching Argentina might not make it to the world Cup. Even Spain has suffered from this also.In the previous World Cup no one even really bother to look at Italy. Italy team did not have a lot of talent but the reason why they won was due to their coach Marcello Lippi.

And the beauty about the game is that talent is not all. Other aspect that is needed Tactics. Strong defense (and Italy won the 2002 World Cup due to this aspect of the game Outstanding Goal Keeper Deep squad Spain for me do not have have the above qualities which I know would be needed to beat the Brazilians.

And for years Spain has lacked these.It is only now with the superb qualities of a few players that they have been out standing. Brazil on the other hand have plethora of talent playing in Europe,Brazil and all over the world. AND HOW CAN YOU BEAT BRAZIL AT THEIR OWN GAME?

THE SPANIARDS ARE PLAYING A SIMILAR TYPE OF FOOTBALL JUST THE BRAZILIANS. THE BRAZILIANS ARE THE MASTERS THE SPANIARDS ARE JUST PRETENDERS. ALSO THE QUESTION MUST BE ASK WILL EITHER OF THE TWO TEAMS MAKE IT TO THE FINALS?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
