Yes I think that it sounds like he really likes you. Just try to talk to him and tell him how you feel and see if he feels the same way. If so then try to date and see what happens.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
