Dallas fans were pissed because Jones drove out a head coach who had won back-to-back Super bowls in '92 and '93. Jackass Jones bought the team in 1989 and replaced iconic head coach Tom Landry with Johnson. Johnson took over a team in 1989 that was devoid of talent, a team that traded Herschel Walker prior to the start of the season and had a rookie QB in Troy Aikman.
Johnson was in charge of all personnel decisions and turned that 1-15 club into a juggernaut, and Jones' ego couldn't take it so he canned a guy who was a close friend and former college teammate. Jones has been in charge of personnel decisions since 1993 and the team has steadily declined since then. Their last Super Bowl win came in 1995, right before Jones dismantled the team Johnson had built.
Jones is white trash.
Jimmy Johnson didn't dismantle anything. He didn't have that authority. Jerry Jones dismantled the Landry regime.
Johnson later quit because Jones wouldn't give him control of player personnel.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
