Do you get a tax return if your parents claim you?

You may need to file *two* state tax returns: 1) as a non-resident in DC and 2) as a resident in your home state.

Simply being a student doesn't establish residency. Your home would be your parent's home. You would file a tax return with your home state only.

DC is not a state and is not allowed to tax non-residents. It does not have a non-resident tax return as someone else has suggested.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
