Do you have any good ideas for homemade Christmas ornaments?

In the past, I've done things like use small pinecones, spray them green, add candy and glitter while the paint is still wet so it sticks We've also bought cheep Styrofoam balls and used glitter and plastic jewels to make them shiny. There is the ever so popular stringing of popcorn :P We've bought a lot of kits from oriental trading dot com, but there are many places on the web to find homemade ornaments. That all depends on how much work you want to put in. Personally, I'm fond of beaded ornaments but that takes a certain amount of skill and time. Look around your house - ribbons, bows, glitter, old silverware, lightbulbs, even nuts and bolts can be made into interesting and unique ornaments with a little imagination (and a lot of fiddling around).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
