Do you listen to XM Radio? What is your favorite stations?

XM I just recently got a car with XM in it...my husband has had it for awhile, but I never really paid attention to it with him as he only listens to the comedy channels! In my own car, though, I have more control over what I play in it anyway! Anyway, I think I'm liking it!

I seem to gravitate to Channel 25, The Blend, as I can listen to it quite awhile without having to change it! But I also like some of the oldie channels, like the 60's, 70's, and the 80's (channels 6, 7 and 8)--it's fun hearing songs that I haven't heard since those decades! LOL!

But we do really enjoy the comedy channels--we listened to one all the way home from Columbus last week, about 3 1/2 hours of uncensored comedy! No kids in the car, of course! It was a great way to pass the time on a long drive.

I would love to listen to more of the channels for a period of time, but I haven't done that much long distance driving in the few weeks we've had the car when I can listen to whatever I want! (when someone else is in the car I wouldn't subject them to Oprah or the Books and Drama channel or Show Tunes! Those are for just me alone!

LOL! I originally got my husband the small portable radio, as I figured he would want to use it while on his bike as he usually rides to work, but he doesn't feel safe doing that, so just keeps it in his truck. So we really don't listen to it in the house at all, prefering tv and the computer there.

YES! I listen in the car, and at home/online (my computer functions as my stereo). My favorite channel is Fred 44.

After that I choose Lucy 54, Squizz 48? , the 80's on 8 and the Upop channel which I think is 29. I also recently discovered special X which is an online only channel.It plays wierd and funny songs, sort of like Dr. Demento.

Also I like the classical music channels.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
