Do you live in a city, or a small town?

Because people in big cities tend to come from everywhere else and settle there, thus exposing them to different people and different cultures and different thoughts. People from small towns often have lived their for their entire lives. Some have never been more than 15 or 20 miles away and don't know anything else exists.

For the same reason some people in bigger towns and cities believe that some people are inherently inferior to him or her for any one of a variety of reasons, including real or supposed intellect, wealth, education, ancestry, power, physical strength, class, taste, beauty, nationality, fame, extreme success of a family member or friend,...in short a snob.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
