I only post them privately for friends and I don't label them. I like for people to be able to see the pictures but I don't need to announce to the world everything. I'm concerned about privacy issues as well but I have to say that I probably am not as worried as some or as I should be.
I suppose the problem is that I can't really control what my friends do with the pictures. I know some get reposted because another family member reposts but she always asks me. She does it for family members on her side that aren't on my friends' list.
I just like to be careful since the internet is forever and try to disseminate as little as possible.
Yeah I post em publicly...theres not much that people could use or get anything from them. If someone wanted to find me Im pretty sure if they were crazy enough they could without seeing my pictures on myspace.
I post and I don't worry about it. However, if I had kids I would never post any of their pictures on the Internet. There are just too many weirdos out there.
Why tempt them to kidnap your kids? None of the pictures that I post online are in any way condemning. They are just pictures of me and my husband at various church functions, class reunions, picnics and such.
I would never post anything at all that shows me in a bad light, let alone post it on Facebook or label it. I have seen young women post slutty pictures of themselves online, and I have always wondered what in the world they were thinking.
I post some for only family and friends to see and then I have some I post publicly. The ones I have for everyone to see are mostly of my pets and my garden things that it doesn't matter if it's private or not.
No I don't post ever. I kind of like my privacy and you never know what can be done on the internet.
I post photos publicly on Facebook and on my blogs. They are usually just photos of my pets, adult son, friends, etc. Nothing that would need to be held private. I really don't mind people looking at them.
If I had children underage, I know I wouldn't put those on the web. That is how a lot of predators locate young children is from their photos. I don't have to worry about that though :-).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
