Do you prefer gas, wood, or charcoal grilling?

Great question for this Father's Day weekend. I love the taste of charcoal but usually opt for a gas grill since it is so much quicker.

I'm a charcoal man, nothing beats the flavor. When I grill it's not about conveniance, Its about good food. Though there is something to be said about good old campfire cooking.

I think if an open pit were allowed in my neighborhood that I might be tempted to switch to wood.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
