Do you rate answers to your questions as they come in, or when you've received all 5 answers? Why?

As they come in. I'm an askville addict ... I'm too eager for the next step! I think ideally one should probably wait until they all come in (in fact, it might be a worthwhile change to the system to block rating until all of the answers are in) just because it gives later answerers a chance to break the tie that favors the first answer.

But in general, I'm too impatient! .

As they come in They don't always get all five answers, and I don't want to have to keep checking them, so I just rate them as they come in. You can always change your rating, too, if you feel that you need to. Plus, I like to see those points add up!

Well, I really haven't given it any thought. I think the main reason would be because I am an impatient person. Patience is just one virtue I don't have.

As soon as I get them I rate them when they come in, partally to get it out of the way, but more because I don't know what may come up and I don't want to be the reason it takes forever to see how you did, but, I'm careful to be sure I don't give someone a better score just because I got it first, even though I do sometimes need to remind mysef .

I vote as they come in. I guess that I go ahead and vote because I? M already on the answers page looking to see what the answer to my question is.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
