There are a FEW here that don't distinguish between arab and muslim in their comments. Most others know the islamic haters of israel that hang out here claim to be other than Arabic. There have also been many discussions here about ALL the different cultures that live in israel and the Middle East.
Very entertaining light hearted video!
I personally know that, considering that I worked for a Christian Arab. Lebanon has a lot of Christians in it, to a point where I believe there were more there than Muslims at one point. This is, of course, ignoring the whole claim that they're Phonetician and shouldn't be called Arab, which many hold.
Still, most Arabs are Muslim, so the confusion, while inaccurate, is understandable to a point. However...I thought the Copts WEREN'T considered Arab, at least not in the same vein as other people are. They're their own separate ethnic group, so you really didn't pick the best group to represent non-Muslim Arabs.
Sure, most speak Arabic and live in an Arabic nation, but their identity goes back further than when Egypt was Arab and they hold onto that quite strongly, or so it seems at least.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
