You have to make time. Maybe an hour or two after the kids go to bed or before they get up. You'll need to tell your family that this is a priority in your life and that you are trying to make a better life for all of you, so you may not be able to spend as much time with them as you'd like.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
