Do you think ghosts are demons or human souls?

Just because of the fact some muslims are extremists,---strawman. They're not 'extremists', they're simply doing what Mohammed told them to do. Islam, an Abrahamic theism, meaning it's an ideology accepted on blind faith.

Screw the truth. Unfortunately, respecting the truth is a key part of being ethical. If you don't care about the truth, there's not much you can do in the way of being good.

Feed the poor? What poor.? Shelter the homeless? What homeless?

See the problem? This continues with criticism of (and thereby improvement upon) the ideology itself. Problem with Islam?

What problem? Combine this with the koran and the hadith. Too much evil in them to just say "Oh, Islam is just this religion about how to love fuzzy bunnies" or whatever.

If you actually read some of this crap, you'll see what I mean. Unless you've got blinders on. Go to skeptics annotated Quran or Faithfreedom.org or Muslimsagainstsharia and see what I mean.

The 2nd one is by ex-Muslims and the last one is by Muslims showing how their religion is jacked up. Then there's world news. Terrorism, honorcide, some kind of horrible sh!

T every day. Do you get that from any other religion? Pretty much no.

But you get it from Islam in spades. Then there's the viral creation of Islamic theocracies. Like a cancer spreading across the globe.

Islam has 28 countries last time I checked. And they want them all. And finally, because the people I love, my nephews, are going to grow up in a world where their freedom is threatened by Islam.

I'll probably check out in the next 20 to 40 years. They'll live an extra 30 (probably) unless they're decapitated for being infidels (or if they just die from whatever). Anyway, I used to think as you do.

But then a funny thing happened in critical thinking class. I asked myself "Why do I think Islam is a peaceful religion?" and actually examined my assumption. So I spent a couple of months trying to find evidence that I had been right (without ever examining my assumption) all along.

Didn't work out. So ask yourself, why do you think Islam is harmless?

People do not like something that is strange to them. Rumors and media cause this hatred that everyone has for anyone Muslim. There are Muslims that follow the religion extremely but they misinterpret The Qur'an.

As an example they miss what 'Jihad' means when it is mentioned in The Qur'an aka. They interpret it to kill those that do not believe in Muslim as a religion eg. 9-11 attack from Afghanistan Muslims. Therefore there are some that give a bad name to those that are just normal.

The ones that perceive the religion the way it should be are very similar to christians ie. They believe in their religion, they pray, have some of the same beliefs etc.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
