As an adult, you can call your doctor or a local mental health center in your area and ask for a referral to a psychologist who can evaluate your symptoms or complaints and give you a diagnosis. A person who doesn't know you (like on the Internet, on Yahoo Answers), or a person who is not professionally trained, cannot answer your questions in a trustworthy way. It has to be someone who is experienced and an expert.
They can tell you what treatments or techniques can help the problems you are experiencing. So do a search for mental health centers in your city and call them and ask if you can have an appointment for an evaluation of your symptoms. Even better, if you have a family doctor, ask him or her to refer you to a psychologist.
I hope you have insurance. If not, you may be able to find a mental health clinic with lower fees for people with low income. Go ahead and do this and you will get the answers you need.
Good luck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
