It means that you are on the same network and any files in a shared folder can be viewed by anyone else on that network. An example, any files you have in the Public folder are shared and visible. Any folders or files that you have designated to be shared are visible.

You can view whatever is in any of her shared folders. You have control over what is shared.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
