She doesn't sound like a good person at all. You should stop pursuing a friendship. She already admitted she is jealous, you are a threat to her.

Maybe she feels she needs to compete with you so she ignores you. She says mean things about you and does things that show her dislike of you. She is the problem, not you.

Just be nice to her as you are to any stangers but stop trying to be her friend.
