I think we have to look at what is good for the children and not the parents. If the father (whether child support is paid or not) is a needed in the children's lives, then yes, he needs visitation. Children need both parents and sometimes as adults we have to let our own feelings go for sake of the children's well-being.

Yes, absolutely for the child, not necessarily for the father. The child and father must have a nurturing and constructive relationship.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
