Do you think Republicans will vote 100% against Obamas budget proposal, just like the last 2 budget proposals?

It's pretty absurd. Seems like Republicans will do anything and everything to make this president seem inept, even making claims like this that are blatantly untrue. Edit: Everyone who's pointing out that Democrats also voted against one of the budgets is missing the point of the question.

If Republicans were attacking him on presenting unreasonable budgets, that would be fine. They're claiming that he never submitted one. Whether it gets support or doesn't, he fulfilled at least that much.

Federal budget legislation law (31 U.S.C. 1105(a)) specifies that the President submit a budget between the first Monday in January and the first Monday in February. Presiden Obama has been on time once.

He has no legitimacy when talking about the budget.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
