I believe that they do! It makes sense to me. Some roads, such as huge turnpikes and superhighways, seem like they are indestructible.
I rarely ever see any work being done on them. They take forever, before they start to break down, and just as I returned back from my recent trip to Florida, I noticed something else! I could do 70-90 mph, on all the interstate roads in the rain, with no trouble or hydroplaning at all.
The whole way through Virginia and West Virginia yesterday, it was poring! I sped almost the whole way without any trouble. Then when I got into PA, and drove on our roads that weren't major highways, I was all over the road in the rain.
Puddles were laying everywhere, and I couldn't do more than 40, without putting myself at risk for an accident. Interstate highways never seem to hold water. They have to be designed not to.It only makes me assume that the road construction companies don't do it on ALL the roads, due to the high cost it might be, to build such highways.
Coarse then again, maybe they also do it for job security!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
