We do! The Canadian government has SO many services online, it's awesome! I live in Ontario and getting my passport, health card, birth certificate, licence renewals, etc.Can all be done online!

I think its common sense in the tech world that we live in today. The link above actually has the 2007 report to Congress on the benefits of e-government iniatives. This is very informative and I recommend checking it out on the link if you are interested in that info.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
