Ideally your keyword/keyphrase will be in your url, title, summary and intro - the url and title are most important places to have your keyphrase.
I write what I desire to write first, assign a title that I feel is suggestive and attractive, then I look through the piece and pick out the key words from the text...usually nouns and possibly some verbs. WB.
I try to put keywords in any likely spot, especially the title. Looking at my analytics reports, most of the hits I get come from people searching phrases that are in my titles...some of this could be because not all of my summaries are up to specs yet, but I suspect it's also because Google likes to see an article with a title that matches a search query.
You need your Title, discription, tags, url all to have your keyword phrase in it. This is how you are ranked by Google, This is also the way people find you on Google when they are searching for something. People use a phrase or keywords to look for what they are interested in.
Most of my hub's titles are based on the keywords only, since it helps Google ranking as Bollinger mentioned here. Also my titles, tags, urls, etc. Are mostly based on google search, because it helps most of the readers to locate the topic they wish to read easily, always. Thanks for your good question here to help others know more about it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
