I used RR for 7 years, and from the moment they installed it, I loved the speed and stable connection... Cable may be getting a bad rap in the media and through commercials but RR provides great connection speed and VERY few interruptions in service. I have used RR in New York and Texas, and in both cases they installed the service quickly and in the few times I did need to call Technical support, they fixed the problem quickly. I started out with Dial-up years ago, so when RR came around, Yeee Haaaaaa.
