Does a live in boyfriends income need to be submitted as household income when I file for child support from ex in S.C.? I am involved in a child support case where the mother of my husbands child has submitted a financial declaration to obtain child support stating she pays all the household expenses and bills when I know for a fact that she has a live in boyfriend who works and pays the bills in the house. I just do not want to end up paying to support him, her, and the child, we have no problem supporting the child but we do have two children of our own and we just want everything to be fair between all the kids....not be subject to fraud to collect an excess of cash to harm my family and I. What can we do?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
