Does anyone have a cilantro pesto recipe? I've got a lot of cilantro in my herb garden and want to do something with it... #fb?

1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves 1/2 cup almonds 3 large garlic cloves 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt Directions 1Combine the cilantro, garlic and almonds in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add the parmesan, oil and salt and puree to a smooth paste. Stir into hot pasta and serve.

From " recipezaar.com/Cilantro-Pesto-122804" another one is here 2 cups, packed, of cilantro, large stems removed 1/2 cup blanched almonds 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1/2 teaspoon chopped and seeded serrano chile 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt 1/4 cup olive oil METHOD In a food processor, pulse the cilantro, almonds, onion, chile, and salt until well blended. With the food processor running, slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream. Add more oil as needed for your use.

Makes about 1 cup. Whatever you don't use, you can freeze. Line a ice cube tray with plastic wrap and fill in the individual cube spaces with the pesto.

Freeze and remove from the ice tray, put in a sealed freezer bag for future use. That is from " http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/cilantro_pesto.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
