Water to take away the toxins (and alcohol is a toxin even in small amounts,which most of us take regularly))) And natural diuretics such as watermelon,melon,celery.
Water before you go to bed. Gatorade in morning. Anything with Pickles Banana s good... Alot of juices.. basicly anything with sugars/ vitamins / minerals is best.. In end I reccomend a toasted BLT with pickles.

Drinking a lot of water or juice, indeed. Best before going to bed but also in the morning it helps. One of the main causes of a hangover is that alcohol makes you loose liquid and that's what gives you a headache (I've been told).
When you feel sick, I think that nothing helps anymore, at least not for me.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
