Does anyone know any good natural hair care remedies? (Avocado, honey, etc.) I want one for moisture, to repair damage and softness?

Actually I have used mayo for my hair before for about 5 months. I used it once a month. I had dry hair and it was a bit dull .

What you do is, before showering, apply just enought to cover all of your hair, like a conditioner, let it stand in your hair for about 10-15 minutes. Wash it all off and shower and wash your hair the way you always so. I didn't really research it before but I figured with the oil in the mayo, it could help out my scalp and it did and it added more shine.

I used to dyed my hair alot at one time and to make matters worse when straighteners were introduced I used them daily. My hair became dry and brittle and no matter what I used they remained dry. But then a friend of mine who is a top hairdresser gave me some tips which Im happy to pass on.

I hope it works for you. Firsly the best thing to do it have the ends trimmed and possibly aim to grow out all damaged and dry hair. Secondly after washing and rinsing hair in warm water.

Get some COCONUT oil and massage the scalp and work into the ends of the hair. Wrap your hair in a plastic cap or a towel. Protect any pillows and leave the oil in overnight.

Then finally rinse your hair out with a gentle shampoo such as herbal essences or BABY SHAMPOO just to remove any greasiness. You will notice an improvement. This only needs to be done once a week!

Not at every wash. Also try not to wash your hair out too often as it strips your scalp and hair of all the natural oils. After styling use a leave in serum to keep the hair looking healthy and protected.

Another shampoo which I tried and worked wonders for me was AVEDA.. Avedas DRY REMEDY shampoo. Although a bit on the expensive side , it actually does what it says. And I would really recommend this.

The aveda shampoos are gentle and smell absolutely heavenly. And this is the perfect shampoo for you as they use pure plant extracts.

Try honey, there is a honey shampoo available at the Body Shop. thebodyshop-usa.com/bodyshop.

Honestly, nothing had worked for my hair. I dyed my hair so much, the ends were fried, dried, split and dead.. I needed about 5 inches cut off my hair it was so bad! The stylist suggested biolage - but at $15 a bottle, not my cup of tea.

Thats about the time when herbal essences came out with their long hair line.. They have shampoo, conditioner and a leave in conditoner specifically for damaged ends.. My stylist was so amazed at how healthy my hair was only 3 weeks later, that she ended up telling her other clients.... And for $3 a bottle, it aint bad! All I use is Herbal essences... For long hair, pin straight, and moisture lines...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
