Does anyone know how I can get an illustrator for my children books. Unfortunately my funds are limited. I have a series of short rhyming books for kids.

They are fun and also educational as they teach kids the right way of doing something. I have had them copy written and want to get the ball rolling but I have no illustrations. I was hoping to find someone to illustrate and then offer a percentage once I get the books out there.

But I don't know how realistic that is? Any advice would be much appreciated! Asked by Yolanda123 2 months ago Similar questions: illustrator children books funds limited Arts.

Try students at your local university. Offer a percentage of the sales, possibly.

That's a good idea. Thanks, I will look into it! Yolanda123 2 months ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
