Does anyone know how to calculate distance from point A(xa, ya) to point B(xb, yb) (given A and B) using Wolfram Alpha? (w/out integral)?

The answer is sqrt((ax-bx)(ax-bx)+(ay-by)(ay-by)) for points in space. If it's a curve you need to integrate. Why would you use Wolfram Alpha for this type of question?

You can use natural language distance from (1,1) to (4,5) You can also use explicit Mathematica EuclideanDistance{1,1}, {4,5}.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
