Sure, absolute physiological pain the type of pain that you are willing to do ANYTHING to end and you do not even know why you just need for it to end and that is at the core of it ANY animal in nature that is in that kind of pain will end it's life ANY animal, so you have to ask yourself is the person in question being driven there to that point Deliberately, of course that would be murder wouldn't it but just try and prove it in court especially if Doctors, Lawyers and Insurance Companies are involved IF so it's about the money not the patient, as far as the person WHAT chemical changes are happening inside the body and WHAT exactly is triggering it, and I would recommend keeping the churches out of it as they have a vested interest in converts which is the currency they use and does nothing for the person except make it worse in the long run, enviromental changes may help and diet, clean water prefereable without chemical additives, Rain water is a good choice depending on where ... more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
