No It used to be when it was for over 55, and I snuck in 9 years ago to live with my mom. It was heaven! So quiet & safe.

Then the owner got greedy and opened it up to families with kids. Everything has changed. Instead of a gated community keeping the Rif Raff out, its actuallu keeping it within the gates now.

Horrible........noisy, no respect, theft, mini gangs.......I could go on & on. Basically I want the hell out of California..........I hate this state! .

It is a peace of mind Depending on the rules and security procedures in place, this could be a peace of mind. In some states like in FL, particularly in Miami this is very common, and the gate us usually guarded by a person that checks license cards and calls the home before letting the visitor come in. However, I have also seen the most common solution which is an automated gate, where the visitor is supposed to call using a terminal.

But the reality in this system is that it is not effective, the visitors usually wait until somebody opens and enters following the car.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
