Does being a good person even matter anymore?

Yes. The phrase "nice guys finish last" is only true if you let it be true. Be a good person, but don't let others take advantage of you.Do what is right and things will work out.

I felt the desire for vengeance recently because of a supposed friend cheated me out of thousands of dollars and got away with it. But I decided to move on and try not to dwell on it and life has gotten much better. I would go so far as to say it is GREAT!

Am I still mad. A little. But I have chosen to be the better man and by doing so I think it has paid off to me.

Yes, it does matter. You cannot control what others do, but you can always behave with dignity and class. It does not matter if people do not notice the value you bring to the world.(They probably do notice anyway and don't say so).

It was once said that Integrety is doinging and being the righteous person ...even when no ones looking. Yes it matters , make it matter to you!

Being a good, decent human being is not about how much we accumulate but rather doing the right thing for the sake of it being right and just.

Who cares what others have, do or think.? Do right because it is right and feel good about it.

It differs if you hold value to those things and can be proud of yourself for living those values.

If every good person out there would think, " it does not matter, I will stop being a good person", where will the world go?!

Just remember that what goes around, comes around. They will get theirs someday. You might not be there to see it but it will URL1 may appear that they are getting away with things now but the good Lord knows the score.

Remember, we are not to judge. Just live your life and be the best person you can be.It will catch up with them.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
