If person #1 makes a comment and person #2 files an abuse report against person #1 does person #1 get notified?
1 The process is a mystery, isn't it!?! I've never understood. I've never been notified of an abuse report, yet I have two strikes and have been suspended, so I can say that under the old system, there was NO notification.
