Every time you feel like eating something drink two glasses of water to fill up your stomach and to make sure your body isn't mistaking thirst for hunger. Drink water all day long and you won't want to eat. Drink a glass before eating and take sips in between bites while eating, and drink a few glasses in between meals.
Ice water is best because your body burns calories heating it up. One tall glass of ice water burns more calories than 30 sit-ups.
B is right, lots and lots of water. Chew gum. Minty gum.
So that even if you want to spit the gum out and eat, you know you're going to have that minty taste making the food just taste gross anyway. If you absolutely feel the need to eat, have some salad. Sometimes it's just that sensation of eating is enough to calm your hunger down.
Just some ideas. Good luck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
