No, Daylight Saving Time does NOT change when the sun rises or sets. All it means is that we get up and do everything else an hour earlier but by setting our clocks an hour fast, we are pretending that we are still doing everything at the same time. This in effect presents the illusion that there is "more" daylight during the "evening" hours, when we are in fact just getting up and doing everything else an hour earlier to make that happen.
The time itself does not change, only humans and their clocks do.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
