1 Depends on how much of it you eat. :)But yeah, I'd tend to think a simpler diet might do that, both because it's not filled with delicious processed foods to make you want to eat more, and it's satisfying (and a little boring) enough so you eat only a normal amount of food. I'm leaving off, of course, the nutritional benefits of eating "better" food instead of crap, which are many.
2 You still have to count the calories, but it sounds reasonable. I really do not like brown rice that much.
You don’t have to limit yourself to brown rice - any whole grain will be good - Whole barley (not pearled) is wonderful. I have just started eating Quinoa (Keen - wah) (It may have more calories than some other grains but it is high in nutrition.) It looks different but it is nice and fluffy and quicker to cook than barley and brown rice. The foodnetwork has a guide to whole grains.
"We" have been enjoying our new "lifestyle" (our teen son isn't... LOL).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
