Good afternoon, I just ran across your question and I would like to answer to the best of my ability. I am not a doctor for starters. But I believe that each of us all are going through and have gone through all these things that you have described in your question.
For one you are a completely normal teenager/person. I believe that it is great that you have a mom who is alive and well and is by your side if you ever need her, but It is also important that you think about the fact that she will not always be able to be present in certain situations in your life and you will need to learn how to fend for yourself. And I know that in due time you will realize and put yourself through the test and pass with a big smile on your face.
I believe you can feel free to open up in a comfortable setting to your mom for starters. Also you can benefit from seeing a licensed therapist that can help you because they have the proper training and experience to deal with social anxieties or any issue that you feel you need help at hand, in other words they can definitly shed some light and lead you in the right path to understanding the underlying reason why you are experiencing these feelings and or uneasiness. I am currently reading a book which a good friend recommended to me it is called PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS by MAXWELL MALTZ, MD..,F.I.C.S.. it costs $7.99 at Barnes & Noble.
You can google it online and read the reviews as well it has help millions of people improve their self image brings you peace of mind and you'll become aware of how incredible you really are and to believe in yourself. I too have experienced things that you have described and I can tell you that you can get better and answers don't come in pills. You can try using my advice and just know that everyone experiences these issues at one point or another in their life and that you will be fine.
I believe in you and now it's time for you to start believing in your self . Let me know how how it all turns out. Blessings and all the best to you.
Look at some useful videos about someone named Trent Shelton his messages have helped me to believe in myself and in a lot of other areas in my life and I know that the messages will help you too. You can google him and watch his videos on YOUTUBE daily early in the morning helps a lot to get you started on a positive note . Smile!
Wish you the best!
Well, I'm 17 and I've honestly been on too many meds, you should try to get some medicine, and maybe some counseling, counseling will help you not depend on the medicine and help with the anxiety. You honestly sound like a classic teen. Keep calm.
And sweetie don't get so worked up. You literally have one life, don't waste those teen years being silent.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
