Does Google Buzz stand a chance of gaining as much popularity as Facebook, what are your thoughts/predictions?

Most definitely Google Buzz will stand a chance. Seeing Google already has a huge userbase, both for its email service, its search engine and its other products like Google Wave, Google really stands a chance at taking on Facebook head-on. In contrast to Facebook, Google starts to offer a complete Internet experience, which starts with its browser, mobile devices (Nexus One and Android), maps and streetview, news, and all those other great services.

This 'total offer' is so much better and complete compared to Facebook, I fully expect Google to blast Facebook and Twitter entirely out of the ocean.

Millions of people have Gmail accounts. When I logged in this morning, the first thing I saw was a full page--not my inbox--of an invitation to use Google Buzz. I still had the TechCrunch review up in another tab.

I hadn't planned on using it, because to some extent I like to keep things compartmentalized. I told it "no thanks", but the little symbol appeared just below my inbox anyhow. So I'll use it, at least somewhat, to see what happens.

If they do this with every single user, I would say it could give not only Facebook a run for its money, but other aps like Tweetdeck, Seismic Desktop, and Hootsuite.

Comcast channels vary from one location to an other. They do now carry BBC, but you would need to provide the location to have an exact answer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
