While user experiences may vary according to browser or perhaps internet speed, Google Documents is currently the most effective way of sharing documents or even building documents if you do not have access to an Office software suite. All documents that are opened via GMail will be stored on Google Documents – though you can choose not to share these documents with anyone. You will not be able to edit . PDF files but once you publish them you will have the option of sharing it with others.
I’ve been using Firefox as my main browser with no issues on Google Docs, through Chrome might be your best solution if you are concerned it may not work well with other browsers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
