Does health insurance in the US pay for the medical costs of a pregnancy when you use a surrogate?

Usually, no. There are policies that have limited fertility treatment coverage, but usually the costs of fertility treatments, surrogacy, in vitro, etc. Are not considered benefits of most policies. I have never seen a policy that covers what your question asks and I have seen thousands of policies.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
