Does it make any difference, for you, if the doctor who treats you is a man or a woman :)?

First of all, you have absolutely had people you know who have gone to the hospital, unless you are 5 yrs old. Perhaps talking to a lot of ILL people will give you some empathy, which you are lacking. Go to visit a nursing home, a children's hospital, and get some knowledge behind you.

Reading the books and playing Dr.. is not real life. Doctors get people through terrible times in their lives. My Dr. helps me choose the right medication for me.

She listens to me, that is the key. NEVER be judgemental.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
