Does Mahalo have a way to find out if the same question has been asked before and how many times it was asked?

I TOTALLY agree. It is very unclear that similar/the same question has been asked. The "How much wood..." question stands out in MY mind... I would prefer ONE repository for good answers to a question.

If there are subtleties, then, that's fine, make a separate question, but we need a way (by vote of black belts? ) to combine some questions.

I don't mind having the same question repeated every now and again. The answers can change over time. Like if someone asked how to make money online a year ago, and then it was asked again today, you would get different answers.

You could say that the new answers should be added on to the old questions, but then what about the best answer? It can't stay open forever. And people wouldn't be as motivated to add a new answer to a question that is already closed.

I would LOVE to see this feature implemented. So frustrating to see the same question double-posted 9though its sometimes a mahalo error and not user), or finding the same question from mahalo members or twitter'd questions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
