Does opening a new bank deposit account affect a lenders decision to extend credit for a home?

1 It shouldn't, as long as there isn't any credit attached to it. But applying for a new credit card will. Also being late on any payments will hurt your credit score.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
