Does Resource Cellular export end-of-life cellular phones to developing countries?

No. Resource Cellular is dedicated to the proper management of obsolete cellular phones, batteries, and accessories. It is Resource Cellular policy that cellular phones received through cell phone donation programs will only be sold in a tested functional condition.

End-of-life electronic products are sent downstream to Resource Cellular’s approved recycling partner. All end-of-life electronic products MUST be managed and sent to a qualified recycler located in a developed OECD country. The recycling vendor that manages our scrap electronics is not permitted to send any material for processing in a NON-OECD country.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
