Does the amount of the rescinded tip affect the ratings for a Mahalo answers user?

I'm pretty certain that recinding a tip does not affect the rating of a user besides missing out on the points. I mean you get 2 points for ever M$ of tip given or recieved, so if you gave a M$100 tip, you'd get 200 points and I imagine when you rescinded teh M$100 tip, you'd lose those same points that you gained when you gave it.
