No. No, the Mario Strikers Charged game is not controlled by your feet. Well, not unless you have oddly dextrous toes, anyway.

The game is played with the standard Wiimote. Pass with A, Shoot with B, etc. If someone or some site gave you the impression you are actually kicking the ball physically, they're either pulling your leg (so to speak) or are woefully uninformed. I don't know how it could. I haven't seen anything for the new soccer game so I can't say for sure but I don't know how you could use your feet and the Wii would recognize it. I guess you might be able to strap the Wiimote to your leg and play but I don't think so.
