The Promise: "I will help you build ripped muscle mass that will make ANY woman wet their panties because of how big, sexy, & perfectly shaped your muscles are" (by Al Alfaro) Get it now!
The 'more protein more mass' answer is very very false. I would suggest eating more carbs. Preferably slow digesting (brown rice, whole weat, blah blah blah).
And I would actually consider lowering the rep range and upping weight. This may seem incorrect but right now you're utilizing a very standard bodybuilding rep range that is used for muscle growth opposed to strength, but since you're hitting a plateau in size, maybe up the weights just to do something different. I'd even suggest doing new movements and exercises altogether.
Also, you may need to stretch more. Stretching really helps stimulate muscle growth put on some weight for a while and lift heavy, then cut some weight and you'll look like rambo. Don't go to crazy on the carbs but def get them in, and maintain a consistent amount of protein.
You might just need to put on some extra fat for a while, but I promise you'll look crazy when you cut down.
You have most likely seen Body Builder Magazines and Shows. You will notice that Body Builders are not Big, Well preportioned and large yes. You will notice that Professional Weight Lifters are very Big, although Both catagories utilize "Weight Lifting" Pro Weight Lifters lift alot of weight, with a few reps,, Body Builders can be compaired to marathon runners, They lift for long periods of time with increasing weight and many reps, Pro Lifters are like sprinters, they lift large amounts of weight over a short period of time per session.
And obviously both types need many years to develope their specific type of muscle they are trying to build up. The proper diet is vital in producing muscle mass, Starches carbs, are the stored energy, protein is needed to bind the starches to the muscle, Some will suggest that sugars are bad for athletes, but the body needs sugars in well balanced amounts, sugars are the thing that gets you started in your sessions, carbs keep you going. Protein and oxygen delivers it to the muscles.
When you, "Feel the Burn" that is Lactic acid, you probably already new that, it is like your muscles Exhaling when they are being worked and broken down, Always rest the muscles you have worked for atleast 24 hours, Good luck, be Safe.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
