Toledo does have an airport, however, due to the latest economic woes of the airlines and businesses across the country, and the impact Sept. 11, 2001 had on the traveling public, many of the carriers to and from Toledo discontinued service. Right now, there are 2 non-stop flights from Toledo to Chicago on American Airlines and are used as a routing to get somewhere else via Chicago, an American Airlines hub and one to Minneapolis on Delta daily.
