Does UB offer pre-registration or online registration? Is class closeout a problem?

Students who discuss and plan their academic careers with their advisor and pre-register have little difficulty getting the classes they need. Registration begins in November for spring semester and in April for fall semester. You will be able to register online via MyUB (your personal web portal) or by using BIRD (Billing, Inquiry, Registration, Drop/Add), UB’s automated touch-tone course registration system.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
